Tom Franklin was a non-canonical character who was created for the television adaptation of The Million Dollar Bond Robbery in Series 3 of ITV's Agatha Christie's Poirot. Franklin was a customs officer at New York. He was in charge of the search when the bonds being transported on the Queen Mary had been stolen while in transit to New York.
Tom Franklin was played in the film by Kieron Jecchinis. This character does not occur in the original story.
