In the novel The Murder at the Vicarage, the Vicarage in St. Mary Mead is a grand Victorian building. Miss Marple's cottage is located close to the Vicarage.
The artist Lawrence Redding is using the vicarage's garden shed as his studio. Colonel Protheroe was murdered in the vicar's study.
