The Lie is a play written by Agatha Christie. The play was never performed, and lay undiscovered in her archives for several decades until it was found by Julius Green in 2014.
Although a number of such "lost plays" discovered in the Christie archives have since been published by Samue French, The Lie remains unpublished.[1]

International Agatha Christie Festival, 2018[]
Green directed a seated, costumed script-reading of the play during the International Agatha Christie Festival at the Palace Theatre, Paignton on 15 Sept 2018 which was the first time the work was heard in public.[2]
BBC Radio 4 performance[]
On 29 August 2020 an audio adaptation of the play prepared by Julius Green was broadcast on BBC Radio 4.
