Sylvie (Le Crime de Noël)

In the Le crime de Noël episode of TV series Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie, Sylvie is a woman who works as a maid or charwoman at the Orphelinat Sainte-Cécile. Halfway through the episode, Alice Avril, who working undercover as a teacher in the orphanage, comes across her body in the laundry shed. She had been strangled from behind, and she had a 500 franc note in her pocket from the same series as the ones the murder Santa Claus Hubert Dopagne had been giving away at the Christmas market. Commissaire Laurence surmised that Sylvie might have seen who murdered Hubert and had tried blackmail and paid the price for it. Sylvie is portrayed by Melissandre Fortumeau.
