Agatha Christie Wiki

Sunningdale is a large village and civil parish in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead at the extreme south-east corner of Berkshire. Located some 23 miles from London and on the main line between Reading and London Victoria, this makes Sunningdale a convenient commuter town for London while at the same time being rural enough for the residents to enjoy the environment. It was probably for this reason that Archie Christie and Agatha lived here in the 1920s, at the time when Archie had a job in the City of London.
