The blurb features reviews of the individual novels in leading American newspapers:

SPIES AMONG US

Three full length spy novels by Agatha Christie

It is the distinction of Agatha Christie to do many things exceedingly well. Her play The Mousetrap has run longer than any other play in London theatrical history. In Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple she has created two of the world's outstanding fictional detectives. Seldom does an anthology of the roman policier fail to include one or more of her short stories. And in devising fresh and insoluble puzzles she is unrivalled, In Spies Among Us she reveals her mastery of the field of espionage.

They Came to Baghdad
"The action is rapid and profuse; the char-acters are astonishingly real. Altogether, one of the year's most agreeable contributions to the spy and counter-spy division." (The New Yorker)

N or M?
"Engaging characters, bright dialog, capital sea shore boarding house scenery, and plenteous thrills. Good hunting." (The Saturday Review)

Murder in Mesopotamia
"A smooth, highly original and completely absorbing tale." (The New York Times)
