Scott Palmer (sometimes Scott V. Palmer) is a prolific British writer on matters relating to film and theatre. He has written technical books on topics such as stage management, stage lighting and scenery design as well as many databooks and guides on the history of film and theatre such as a A who's who of British film actors (1981) and British film actors' credits, 1895-1987 (1988). In recent years he has produced a large number of guidebooks on film series such as The Saint, The Twilight Zone and The Prisoner. Within this genre, he has written several guidebooks about the film and TV adaptations of Agatha Christie's works.
