In Pension Vanilos, the French Télévisions film adaptation of Agatha Christie's Hickory Dickory Dock, for the Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie TV series, Pierre is a resident of the "Pension Vanilos" and the parallel character of Len Bateson in the original novel. The character of Pierre is played by Charles Templon.

Like Len, Pierre is a medical student, and he had also lost his stethoscope. In Pierre's case however, the stethoscope had been used to strangle Mary Patterson (there's no parallel of her in the original) and his fingerprints on the instrument led to him being arrested. Alice Avril also found a burning rucksack in a bin in the yard of the hostel but it was not mentioned if this was Pierre's or not. Like Len, Pierre also had a violent temper which he later attributed to something he inherited from his father, who like Len's father, was a patient in a mental home. Alice experienced this temper when Pierre discovered her searching the rooms of some lodgers. Pierre attacked her so violently that he had to be restrained by the other lodgers. Pierre is friendly with another lodger, N'Daye Sissoco. In the story, N'Daye had to give up a baby for adoption because the father did not want it. The father is, however, probably not Pierre because, in one scene, N'Daye is speaking to someone and the conversation sounds like she is speaking to the father of the baby. Just as she hangs up, Pierre comes through the door.
