Nora Diana Pritchard (née Piers) (1879-1979) was the mother of Hubert Prichard, the first husband of Rosalind Hicks.

Agatha Christie dedicated the novel Endless Night to Nora, crediting her as the person from whom she first heard about Gipsy's Acre. Nora lived near Pentre-Meyrich in the Vale of Glamorgan in Wales. Many years earlier a gypsy encampment near there had been cleared. The head gypsy cursed the land. Thereafter numerous road accidents occured in the area, giving rise to a local legend.[1] This became the inspiration for Gipsy's Acre in Christie's book.
