Newlands Corner is a nature reserve in Surrey, east of Guildford. Within the reserve there is a chalk pit. It was on the edge of the pit, caught in a bush, that Christie's car was found in 1926.[1] Agatha was missing for 11 days.
The chalk pit is located at approximately 51.22913184496883N 0.5026981027412774W (OS coordinates TQ04642 48836). The Newlands Corner Visitor's Centre and car park is located approximately 500-600 metres away.[2]
