Ned (The Coming of Mr Quin)

In the short story The Coming of Mr Quin, Ned is a hunter dog belonging to Sir Richard Conway. Ned is mentioned when Sir Richard and Tom Evesham are trying to remember what month it was when Derek Capel killed himself. Sir Richard remembered that Ned had lamed himself at the end of January that year, and that had been just after Capel's death.
