Mrs Henderson was a non-canonical character who was created for the film adaptation of Wasps' Nest in Series 3 of ITV's Agatha Christie's Poirot. She was the chemist with a shop in the village (probably Marble Hill) near to where John Harrison and Claude Langton lived. Poirot consulted her for medication after being stung by a wasp. He asked Hastings to distract her while he studied her Poisons Book. In it, he found that Claude Langton had bought some cyanide.

Mrs Henderson was portrayed as an intelligent and scholarly woman. She had continued to run her chemist's shop on her own after her husband had died. John Harrison had given her a copy of a scholarly book on Aristotelian ethics and she found it very perceptive.

Of the engagement between John Harrison and fashion model Molly Deane, she told Hastings it was like a match between "Albert Einstein and Ginger Rogers".

Mrs Henderson was played by Kate Lynn Evans. This character does not occur in the the original story. There is a chemist in the original story but the person is not named.
