In the novel The Seven Dials Mystery, Mrs Coker is a woman living with Loraine Wade at Deane Priory twenty miles from Chimneys. Jimmy Thesiger calls her an “old trout”. The text does not give details about the relationship between Loraine and Mrs Coker but she could be Loraine's landlady, or a relative that Loraine is sharing a house with.
