Mr McNeil (The Adventure of the Peroxide Blonde)

In the short story The Adventure of the Peroxide Blonde (later chapter 14 of The Big Four), Mr McNeil is a partner of McNeil & Hodgson, Poirot's solicitors. On Poirot's behalf, he inserted carefully worded advertisements asking friends or relatives of four people suspected to be Number 4 to communicate with his office. Responding to one such advertisement, Flossie Monro, an actress and friend of Claud Darrell came forward and later met Poirot in McNeil's office.
