In the Tommy and Tuppence short story The Sunningdale Mystery, Mr Lecky is a member of Sunningdale Golf Club and an acquaintance of Captain Anthony Sessle. Lecky and his friend Major Barnard were among the last people to see Sessle alive as they were playing golf in the flight behind that of Sessle and Mr Hollaby the day before Sessle was found dead.
