Mr Burgeon

In the novel They Came to Baghdad, Mr Burgeon is an executive with the American Express office in London. He helps obtain visas for Victoria Jones at the behest of Mr Hamilton Clipp so that she could accompany his wife, Mrs Clipp, to Baghdad.
