Manuel (The World's End)

In the Harley Quin short story The World's End, Manuel is the proprietor of a hotel in Cannes. The miserly Duchess of Leith had a bitter argument with him over the price of her hotel rooms and this led to her wanting to leave for Corsica, with Mr Satterthwaite being dragged along.
