In the novel The Pale Horse, Luigi's is an espresso bar in Chelsea run by Luigi somewhere along or off King's Street. Mark Easterbrook wandered into the place because hismfridge was empty and he was looking for something to eat. The espresso bar, he noted, was filled with mostly young people or what was called "The off-beat generation". Soon he witness a fight between two such persons: Tommy Tucker and Lou Ellis.
