In the novel And Then There Were None, Leslie MacArthur was the wife of General MacArthur. She was described as a woman with "a heart-shaped face, dancing grey eyes, and a curling brown mass of hair". She had an affair with Arthur Richmond, a soldier in her husband's regiment. She never really suspected that her husband had sent Richmond to a certain death. Leslie was one year older than Arthur Richmond.
She died of pneumonia after the First World War.
Portrayals[]
