Kanga Cottam was a non-canonical character who appeared in the 2010 Agatha Christie's Marple adaptation of the novel The Pale Horse. Kanga and her husband live in Much Deeping, but are temporarily staying at the Pale Horse while repairs are being made to their house which had been damaged by fire.
Kanga's husband was having an affair with their housekeeper Lydia Harsnet. Lydia apologised to Kanga at the end of the show but there is some suggestion that Kanga knew about the affair and tolerated it.
Kanga Cottam is portrayed by Holly Valance.
