In Jeux de glaces, the TV film adaptation of Agatha Christie's They do it with Mirrors by France Télévisions, Juliette White is the parallel of Gina Hudd in the original novel. Her relationship with the main characters is slightly changed but many characteristics are retained. Juliette is portrayed by Stéphane Caillard.
In this adaptation, Juliette is the adopted daughter of Rose-Marie Bousquet, the Carrie Louise Serrocold parallel. She is not the adoptive granddaughter like the Gina Hudd. Hence Juliette absorbs the role of Pippa San Severiano who was Gina's mother. Like the Gina in the original, she is married to an American, in this case Jimmy White. Like in the original novel, she and Jimmy had met and married without knowing much about each other or their backgrounds although where and under what circumstances is not explained. She is flirtatious and dresses in revealing clothes, causing considerable distraction for the inmates of the rehab centre. She also tries to flirt with Antonin Lambert and even commissaire Laurence when she discovers that he drives a sports car. She likes speed, she says. There is also tension between her and Jacqueline Cassard, Rose-Marie's biological daughter (the Mildred Strete parallel). This is also a feature in the ITV 2009 adaptation of the novel.
In this adaptation, however, she is genuinely affectionate about her mother, although she refused to give her more money for her lifestyle and for her husband's garage venture. Like in the original novel, she is much in love with her husband. At the end of the show, she clings to her husband and asks him to take her home (meaning to America).
