In the 1982 film adaptation, Honoria Waynflete is portrayed by Olivia de Haviland. In this adaptation, Lord Easterfield runs a private museum which is located in Ashe Manor itself. Honoria is the curator of the museum. Otherwise the portrayal is largely faithful to the original novel.
