Galmpton is a village in the Torbay area in Devon. Galmpton is a part of the civil parish of Churston Ferrers. Historically Greenway, though located in another parish, has been considered as being a part of Galmpton.[1] Located about 2 km from Greenway, Galmpton is the nearest village to Agatha Christie's estate and a possible real-life parallel of Nassecombe in Dead Man's Folly. Just next to Galmpton is Churston Station. Greenway Road, which links Churston Station with Greenway passes right through Galmpton. Galmpton features on the itinerary of various walks through Agatha Christie locations in the area.
