Françoise (The Hollow)

In the novel The Hollow, Françoise is the wife of Victor, the Belgian who looked after Resthaven, the holiday cottage which Poirot had purchased in the countryside near Market Depleach. While Victor looked after the garden, Françoise cooked for Poirot, and apparently her cooking was up to his standard.
