Ernie (Sanctuary)

In the short story Sanctuary, Ernie is the boyfriend or husband of Gladys. Gladys was very willing to do an errand for Miss Marple because she knew Ernie would encourage her to do so. He has always told Gladys that everything good she has learned, she has learned from Miss Marple.
