EMI Films was one of the names of a British-French film and television studio and distributor. A subsidary of the EMI conglomerate, it went through many name changes throughout its existence, being known throughout the 1970s as EMI-Elstree, MGM-EMI, Anglo-EMI Film Distributors, EMI Film Distributors and Thorn EMI Screen Entertainment.
In the 1970s, EMI produced and/or distributed a number of Agatha Christie adaptations including the Academy Award winning 1974 adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express.
