In Je ne suis pas coupable, the France Télévisions adaptation of Sad Cypress for the TV series Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie, Dutrieux is policeman from the Commissariat of Police at Lille. After the murder of the elderly millionaire Élisabeth Laroche-Viseul, Dutrieux arrives at her house with his partner and series regular Ménard to investigate. They are met by their boss commissaire Larosière who tells them to carry on but not to expose his cover as he is there incognito.
Dutrieux is portrayed by Emmanuel Rausenberger.
