Dunlaughin is a non-canonical boarding house created for the ITV 2006 adaptation of the novel Sleeping Murder. In the 1930s the boarding house was run by Mrs Finderson, and the entertainment troupe Funnybones used to stay there when they were performing in Dillmouth. By the 1950s Dickie and Janet Erskine are running it.
