In the novel Towards Zero, Dr Lazenby is a physician in Saltcreek. He examined the bodies of Mr Treves and Lady Tressilian and also tended to Jane Barrett who had been drugged.

In the Christie canon, there are actually two Dr Lazenbys both in the English riviera region. They may or may not be the same person.

Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie[]

In L'Heure zéro, the French adaptation of Agatha Christie's Towards Zero for the TV series Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie, there is no physician parallel featured, but the bodies are examined by the recurrent character, Timothée Glissant, the police forensic pathologist.
