David Tucker is a film, TV and theatre director who has had multiple BAFTA and Emmy nominations. The TV films which he directed include all 14 episodes of A Very Peculiar Practice, 3 episodes of Midsomer Murders and 50 episodes of Eastenders, He has also directed numerous professional theatre productions at the RSC and other theatres. Besides directing he also teaches at the National Film and Television School, London Film Academy, Met Film School, Drama Centre London and Drama Studio London.
Early in his career, in 1987 he directed the Miss Marple episode Nemesis.
