Charlotte Gascoigne was a non-canonical character created for the film adaptation of Four and Twenty Blackbirds in Season 1 of ITV's Agatha Christie's Poirot. In the plot, Charlotte was the wife of Anthony Gascoigne. She had formerly been the model of the artist Henry Gascoigne, who was Anthony's twin brother. According to art agent Peter Makinson, Charlotte was much more than a model for Henry. He was angry with Anthony for taking away his "inspiration" and "muse". Thus the two brothers had fallen out.

Charlotte is only seen as a subject of a painting by Henry. In the plot she had died some ten years before.

In original story, Anthony also has a wife, who is the source of his wealth, but her name is not given nor is it suggested that she was Henry's model.
