Miss Caroline Weatherby is a woman living in St. Mary Mead. She had passed away before the events in The Mirror Crack'd from Side to Side.
In The Murder at the Vicarage, Reverend Clement describes her as "a mixture of vinegar and gush". At some point before the events of this novel, she had lost a gill of picked shrimps, and Miss Marple had solved the mystery because it reminded her of something else involving a sack of coals.
