Argosy was a monthly magazine published in the U.K. featuring reprints and digests of all types of short stories. Initially published as The Argosy from June 1926, the name changed in 1940 to Argosy. It was originally published by Cassells and later by Amalgamated Press. The magazine ran a number of Agatha Christie stories from 1940 to 1972.
