In the novel Endless Night, Andrew “Uncle Andrew” Lipincott is Ellie's guardian and one of her trustees. He is originally from Boston, but has hardly any trace of accent. Mr Lipincott resents Greta's 'influence' over Ellie. Mr Lipincott also finds out that Greta and Mike have been collaborating and plan to expose them via a picture of them in Germany years prior.
